EXPERIENCE
I am an American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor and offers individual supervision for MFT’s working towards licensure. I am also a Brainspotting Consultant and work with clinicians who wish to become Certified in this modality.
I am a Certified Trauma Therapist and Certified Brainspotting Practitioner. I have developed a holistic approach to working with therapists and clients, working heavily with brain and body based modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness, imagery, somatics, trauma-informed body movement and Animal Assisted therapies. I have trained to work with psychedelic medicine in a therapeutic setting.
HOW I WORK WITH THERAPISTS
Many therapists feel drawn to depth work with trauma, attachment, and the nervous system, but find that most trainings either feel too abstract or too intense to sustain over time. My work with clinicians sits in the space between those extremes.
I specialize in helping therapists translate complex, experiential trauma approaches into work that is grounded, ethical, and usable in real clinical settings. Rather than focusing on technique alone, I support clinicians in understanding how and why interventions work, how to pace them safely, and how to adapt them to the realities of everyday practice.
A central value in my supervision and consultation is sustainability. Depth work requires careful attention to readiness, consent, resourcing, and integration, for clients and for therapists themselves. I place strong emphasis on nervous system safety, ethical restraint, and clinical judgment, so that powerful work does not come at the cost of burnout or harm.
I also believe that developing as a clinician involves more than skill acquisition. Uncertainty, countertransference, and questions of identity are natural parts of growing into this work. I aim to create a collaborative space that normalizes those experiences while still holding a clear clinical standard. My role is not to position myself as an expert above others, but as a steady guide alongside clinicians as they deepen their practice.
Ultimately, my goal is to support therapists in becoming more grounded, more confident, and more resourced, so their work can remain meaningful and sustainable over time.
MY AREAS OF FOCUS INCLUDE:
- Trauma and CPTSD
- Attachment Trauma
- Spiritual and Existential Exploration
- Chronic Pain & Illness
- Grief
- Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
- Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
- End of Life/Fear of Death
My goal is to help you grow as a practitioner. I love connecting with and guiding clinicians to learn new skills and explore their passions! Our sessions are relaxed and often joined by my therapy dog, Darcy! You can view my full profile here.

Supplemental Licensure Supervision for Therapists
Individual Licensure Supervision: Whether you’re a therapist seeking licensure supervision, clinical consultation, or business mentorship, having the right support is essential for professional growth. At Trauma Therapy of Nashville, I provide expert guidance to help therapists build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and grow thriving private practices.
I offer online or in-person sessions for individual supervision in the state of Tennessee. It’s always helpful to have a variety of supervision and to be exposed to different ways of thinking in our field. My framework is very holistic and trauma based. I often work with therapists that are looking to learn advanced skills in working with trauma. Our work together would be supplemental supervision to the work you are doing with a primary supervisor.
Individual Supervision for Licensure: $100 per clinical hour.
Brainspotting Consultation & Certification
I am a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner and a Certified Consultant. I work with practitioners to become Certified in Brainspotting and for Case Consultations. I blend Brainspotting with other modalities such as EMDR, IFS parts work, KAP, somatic therapy, focused mindfulness, imagery & sound therapy.
Requirements to become certified:
- Completion of Brainspotting Phase 1 + 2 trainings, and one advanced training with David Grand (Phase 3-5 or Master Class). If you have only completed Phase 1, we can do the first two consultation sessions, but the rest will need to be after Phase 2 is completed.
- A minimum of six(6) hours of 1:1 consultation from an Advanced Brainspotting Practitioner. My goal is 6 individual sessions, but there is a lot of material to get through. It could take more than 6 sessions. I will let you know by session 3 if there needs to be more than 6 sessions.
- Fifty hours of practice with BSP, each session documented on a session form.
- Payment of a $150 certification fee to Brainspotting Trainings, LLC.
- Certification to be reviewed and awarded by Brainspotting Trainings, LLC.

Most of our clients have experienced trauma at some point in their lives, but that may not be the reason they originally came to therapy. As we move into deeper work, their trauma may surface and we don’t feel equipped to support the client. Often times this is when the client is referred to another practitioner. If we are striving for a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, I believe supporting the therapist so that they can continue to work with their client may be a better option. Loosing a therapist in this way can be traumatizing and starting over with a new therapist can create stagnation in the healing process.
